Company settings

Company settings

The Company Settings menu item allows you to manage your company's basic data, bank
information, payment methods, and employees who have access to the system.

  1. Company data and financial settings


    In this section, you can modify the company data and bank
    information you entered earlier. After modifying the settings, all invoices and reports will automatically be generated with the new
    data. After making the changes, click the "Save" button to save the modifications. The system will update the settings immediately after saving, so they will automatically appear on new invoices.


  2. Managing employees
    In the Employees section, you can manage who has access to the company in the Kontozz system. Here you can add new employees and remove existing ones.


    Add a new colleague

    • Click on the "Add New" button.

    • In the window that appears, enter the employee's email address and select the
      permission level.
      The system will automatically send an invitation to the specified email address.

    • Click the "Save" button to send the invitation.
      Available permission levels:

      • Admin – Has full access (settings, invoices, reports,
        NAV connection).

      • Assistant – Handling invoices, entering data, but cannot change settings
        .

      • Accountant – View invoices, download reports, access financial data
        .


      Removal of an employee

      • Click on the three dots (⋯) next to the employee's name.

      • In the menu that appears, select the "Delete employee" option.

      • The system will ask for confirmation before permanently removing access.



  3. In the Kontozz system, each employee only has access to the
    functions that correspond to their role.
    For security reasons, we recommend:

    • Create a unique account for each user,

    • Only grant the necessary permissions,

    • Access must be revoked immediately upon termination of employment. The system sends an invitation to invited employees via email, which they must accept in order to gain access. Until the invitation is confirmed, the employee cannot access the company profile.
