Managing integrations
In the Integrations menu, you can connect the Kontozz system to other applications and webshop engines. Here you can manage API keys, Unas and WordPress connections, which can be used to automate invoicing and data transfer.
9.1 Managing API Keys
API keys enable external systems (such as web shops, enterprise resource planning
software) to communicate with the Kontozz system.
This allows for automatic invoice creation and data synchronization.

ID – unique identifier of the key
Name – the name of the API key
API key – a system-generated identification string
Expiration date – the period of validity of the key
Admin – the user who created it
Creating a new API key:
Click on the "Add New" button.
Add:
API key name
Company (to which it belongs)
Expiration date – how many days until the key expires
Click on the "Save" button.
Once the key has been created, it will appear in the API key details section, which can be inserted into
for integration with other systems.
9.2 Managing Unas relationships
This section enables integration with the Unas webshop system.
By setting up a connection with Unas, orders received from the webshop can be automatically converted into invoices in the Kontozz system at

Creating a new Unas connection:
Click on the "Add New" button.
Add:
Type (e.g., Manual Sync)
Company and Account Book
API key, Unas API token, and expiration date
Save the connection by clicking the "Save" button.
9.3 Managing WordPress (WooCommerce) connections
This option serves to integrate WordPress WooCommerce-based webshops with
. With the help of
, orders generated in the webshop can be automatically transferred to the
Kontozz system for invoicing purposes.

Webshop URL – the address of the WordPress site
Last synchronization – date of the most recent data transfer
Consumer key/secret – WordPress REST API credentials
Company and Account Book – the business and account book assigned to the relationship
Creating a new WordPress connection:
Click on the "Add New" button.
Fill in the following fields:
Type
Webshop URL
Company
Invoice book
Click the "Save" button to create the connection.
9.4 Relationship Management and Maintenance
Existing integrations can be edited or deleted at any time in the Actions column of
.It is recommended to check the expiration date of the keys and the date of the last synchronization of
from time to time to ensure that the data connection remains continuous.When a key expires, a new API key must be created and the external system must be reconnected to it.
