Invoice list
Create an account
The Invoices → Invoice list menu item displays all issued and received invoices in tabular form.
From here, you can easily view all your account details and access the most important functions.
1. Overview
There are three main buttons at the top of the interface:
Add new: create a new invoice (the system navigates to the invoice creation page).
Refresh table: reload the list with the latest data.
Import bank statements: Import bank transactions for automatic reconciliation of paid invoices.
Columns in the table:
Date of creation
Account code
Total amount
Payment deadline
Customer
Type (e.g., regular invoice, advance invoice)
Incoming/Outgoing
Status (e.g., "Successfully submitted" or "Error")
2. Filtering and searching
The filter in the upper right corner can be used to specify whether only incoming or outgoing invoices should be displayed in the list. The search bar allows users to quickly search through invoices based on criteria such as customer name, invoice number, or date.
3. Account details
By clicking on a specific line, you can open the invoice and perform additional operations:
Download invoice: the invoice can be downloaded in PDF format.
Send email notification: a notification email can be sent to the buyer.
Account details: you can open the account data sheet, where all fields and items can be viewed.
Invoice cancellation: cancellation (invalidation) of an invoice by issuing a new cancellation invoice.
Set up recurring invoice: a recurring invoice can be created based on the selected invoice, with automatic future issuance.
