Calendar
In the Calendar menu, users can view dates related to invoices, events, and deadlines in a monthly or weekly view. The system automatically displays, for example, invoice payment deadlines and recurring invoice due dates.
1. Overview
The year and month can be selected using the navigation buttons at the top of the calendar.
The "Monthly view" button can be used to change the display mode to weekly or monthly view.
On the left side, you can see the following events that are scheduled for the current month or the near future.
Buttons in the upper right corner:
Add new: create a new event.
Recurring invoice setup: automatic scheduling of recurring invoices.
13.2 Creating an event
Press the Add New button to create a new event.
The following data can be provided for the event:
Start and end of event: in date and time format.
Duration: can be set using quick buttons (half an hour, one hour, two hours, or all day).
Event name: a short description of the event.
Type: the category of the event.
Color selection: used to distinguish events in the calendar.
The Save button saves the event and displays it in the calendar in the selected color.
13.3 Event handling
Events in the calendar can be opened with a click.
Here, the details of the event can be modified or deleted.
The system can automatically alert you to upcoming deadlines, such as a bill.
