Managing tags
The Tags menu item allows you to create your own categories, which you can use to label and organize your invoices. Tags make searching, filtering, and administrative processes easier, especially if you are managing many invoices at the same time.
8.1 Overview of labels
The list page shows all previously created tags with the following data:
ID – identification number generated by the system;
Creation date – the date on which the label was created;
Name – the name of the label (e.g., test, paid, shipping costs, etc.);
Icon – the color and caption of the label;
Company name – which company the label belongs to;
Company tax number – the tax number of the given company.
In the Actions column on the right, you can edit or delete the tag.
8.2 Creating a new label
You can create a new label by clicking on the "Add New" button in the upper right corner of the page.
In the window that appears, enter the following information:
Label name – for example, "Paid," "Expense," "Overdue," etc.
Tag description – a brief explanation of the purpose of the tag (optional).
Label color – select the color for the label, which will visually distinguish it from others in the system.
Once you have filled in all the fields, click the "Save" button to create the label.
8.3 Editing and deleting tags
Use the pencil icon to change the label name, description, or color.
You can permanently delete the label using the red trash can icon.
