Managing Favorite Customers

Using the Favorite Customers menu item, you can pre-register partners to whom you regularly issue invoices. This feature significantly speeds up the invoicing process, as the system automatically fills in the customer's details during invoicing.

7.1 List of favorite companies

The list page displays all previously added favorite clients with the following information:

• ID – identification number generated by the system;

• Date of establishment – when the company was registered;

• Name – the customer's name;

• Assigned to company – which company (e.g., PANGEBOT 1991 Bt.) created the favorite.

On the right side of the list, in the Actions column, you can edit or delete customer data.

7.2 Creating a new favorite company

To add a new favorite customer, click on the "Add New" button in the upper right corner of the page. Enter the partner's details in the form that opens:

Required and optional fields:

• Company – select which company you would like to assign your favorite to

• Company name – partner name

• Country and Tax Number – the partner's registered office and tax identification number

• Phone number and email address – contact details

• Account number – optional, if the partner's bank account number is known

• Postal code, City, Address – billing address details

  
  

Once you have filled in all the required fields, click on the "Save" button. The system will then automatically add the customer to your favorites.

7.3 Editing and deleting favorite customers

• You can modify your partner's details by clicking on the pencil icon.

• The red trash can icon can be used to delete a favorite customer.

  
  

Deletion is a permanent action; customer data cannot be restored, but it can be added again if necessary.

7.4 Why the Favorite Customers feature is useful

The system automatically fills in the billing information from the list of favorite customers when creating a new invoice, as follows:

• the chance of making mistakes is reduced,

• invoicing becomes faster,

• A unified and accurate customer database is created.
